The New Car Dealers of Utah offers its members a wide range of services dedicated to help improve their dealerships. We are here to serve our members because without them, NCDU would not exist. See below for a detailed explanation of each services offered. Every year New Car Dealers of Utah Tours the State (Statewide Chapter Meeting) and addresses any issues at both local and statewide levels regarding dealers and their business.
NCDU offers affordable healthcare insurance for employees, Workers Compensation Fund, commercial business insurance, as well as personal lines of insurance such as auto, life, health and Medicare.
NCDU works to advocate dealers’ interest in the halls of Utah’s Capital, representing and advocates Utah’s dealer needs at all state government offices that directly impact your business.
NCDU coordinates the facilities and the speakers to address all areas of Dealership business, such as Sales, F&I, Marketing, and Regulatory Compliance thus providing an opportunity for Dealers to get more training and ideas to incorporate into their business. This gives dealers an opportunity to network and exchange ideas.

NCDU offers business forms relevant to your dealership at a reasonable cost. Also offered are promotional items Dealers may need for their business, such as license plate holders and inserts. This is yet another way Dealers can keep membership costs down and other critical areas can be better served.
NCDU retains highly experienced attorney’s schooled in dealer-specific issues. They will aid you with questions pertaining to the Utah State Motor Vehicle Franchise Act; Utah Sales and Finance Act; sales and use tax; and many other legal hurdles facing today’s dealer.
NCDU offers assistance in obtaining a Class A dealer license and annual renewals. In addition, NCDU will help you get your installment seller license and surety bond. We interact with the Department of State so you don’t have to.
NCDU offers a continuing education credit course for dealer license renewals. In addition, NCDU is available to help Dealers obtain their required surety bond. NCDU is made up of franchised automobile dealer members and associate members. The Association’s main goal is to improve and protect its members’ rights.
