NCDU is made up of franchised automobile dealer members and associate members. The Association’s main goal is to improve and protect its members’ rights.
NCDU is dedicated to promoting a business, economic and legal climate conducive to a robust business environment and advocates for the ethical conduct of all franchised new car dealers.
NCDU also develops programs and policies that promote Utah’s retail automotive industry and, in turn, advocates on behalf of its member dealers to elected officials and policy makers.
